How should we dress for our family session?

Choose outfits that make you feel comfortable and confident. I recommend soft, neutral, or earthy tones with coordinating colors instead of matching everyone exactly.
Avoid large logos, busy patterns, and neon colors, as they can be distracting in photos. Simple textures like knits, linen, and denim always photograph beautifully.
Most importantly, wear something that feels like you! If you need help choosing outfits, I'm always happy to help.

How many pictures will we receive?

Minimum amount of photos are listed in each session description. Each session includes all proofs soft edited as well.

What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?

The best time for a newborn session is within the first 14 days after birth, when babies are typically sleepiest and easiest to pose. If you prefer a more natural, lifestyle session, photos can also be taken during the first few months as you settle into life with your little one.
I recommend booking your session during your second trimester to ensure availability. We'll schedule your due date, then finalize your session once your baby arrives on whether you want a Fresh 48 (within 48 hours of birth) or a Welcome Home session.

Location Fees & Permits


Session fees do not include admission fees, photography permits, parking fees, or venue charges. Any fees associated with the client's chosen location are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid prior to or at the time of the session.


Travel fees


Sessions within 25 miles of Fredonia, WI are included in the session fee. Sessions beyond that distance may incur a travel fee, which will be discussed before booking.

Weather Policy


Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled at no additional charge due to severe weather, including heavy rain, strong winds, or unsafe conditions. If weather is questionable, I will contact you as early as possible to discuss the best option.

Payment Policy


Payments can be made via cash, Venmo, or Paypal. Payment must be made by the end of the session.

Rescheduling/ Cancellations


Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. A $100 cancellation fee will be applied to one rescheduled session within 90 days, subject to availability. If cancelled after that, the full session fee may be charged.


Image Delivery


Your online gallery will be delivered within 3 weeks after your session. You'll be able to download your edited high resolution images and share your gallery with family and friends.

Raw Images


To ensure every image reflects the quality and style of my work, RAW (unedited) images are not included or delivered. You will receive a carefully edited gallery of the best images from your session.

Model Release


From time to time, I may share favorite images from sessions on my website or social media to showcase my work. If you prefer that your images remain private, just let me know before your session and I'll happily respect your wishes.
